#1 Workshop: Accessibility / Making infrastructure accessible for physically disabled guests

This two-part workshop explores disability, ableism, and what inclusion really means. In the first part, we will look at ableist norms, stereotypes, and why accessibility is a human right. The second part will focus on practical steps to make events, communication, workspaces safer and more welcoming for people with disabilities. Participants can join either part or both.

Speaker: Agnieszka Habraschka

Agnieszka Habraschka (no pronouns) is a musician, production manager, consultant, and dramaturge focused on accessible and anti-ableist cultural work and performance art. Their practice centers on aesthetics of access and intersectional anti-discrimination. Agnieszka is neurodivergent, lives with non-visible disabilities, and has experiences of migration and poverty.

#2 Workshop: Club Education, Academies and what skills to build to be a future club owner

This workshop is designed for individuals interested in managing spaces and events within the independent music scene. We will outline key principles behind successful club operations, approaches to developing coherent concepts and strategies, and the broader social values of independent music venues. The session will include a short lecture followed by an open discussion, providing space to share and explore participants’ ideas, projects, and visions.

Speaker: Martin Fuller

Dr. Martin Fuller is Dean of the Academy of Subcultural Understanding at Tresor Berlin. A sociologist with a PhD from the University of Cambridge, he specializes in cultural and urban research. At the Academy, he mentors and supports future leaders of independent music scenes.

#3 Workshop: New Roles in Music Teams That Will Strengthen Ukraine’s Electronic Scene

This workshop will introduce participants to new and underrepresented professions that are key in global electronic music but still underdeveloped in Ukraine. Through case studies and group exercises, participants will explore how these roles support artists, labels, clubs, and why they are becoming essential to strong music projects. The session will also feature sign language interpretation and an expert insight on accessibility in music professions for people with hearing impairments

#4 Workshop Music Therapy through Electronic Sound

Victory Beats, a charity project, integrates music therapy into rehabilitation in Ukrainian hospitals. In this workshop we will:

  • share how electronic music supports therapy
  • explore ways to work with trauma survivors
  • discuss accessibility and growth of the creative industry
  • present stories and experiences from veterans in our program

Speaker: Volodymyr Nedogoda

A cultural manager with over 20 years of experience in the arts and social impact sectors. Founder and director of Victory Beats. The initiative involves musicians and DJs worldwide in supporting Ukraine.
